A real Salamis Parhassus butterfly wing is beautifully preserved in hand-carved crystal, seeming to float along a delicate 14k rose gold rolo chain, accented with baroque pearls. Inspired by the use of real Blue Morpho butterfly wings in Victorian and Edwardian jewelry, the wing was sourced from a sustainable butterfly farmer who fosters habitats for migrating pollinators. No butterflies were harmed in the creation of this striking necklace.

Each one-of-a-kind piece by Blue Morpho is handmade by Genevieve Hudson-Price in Brooklyn, New York from recycled metals and ethically-sourced precious materials.
